Social events...
Club Nights: On the last Thursday of each month we meet at the Portcullis club on the old Kenley aerodrome (click here for map) We usually invite along a guest speaker or we hold a demonstration or masterclass on anything to do with building and flying of radio controlled planes/helicopters. Each year we hold a family BBQ at Fickleshole, two open auctions, an open scale competition and a monthly fun fly contest which is held on the first Sunday of each month.
Model Airshows: CAMFC are the sole organisers of the very successful Southern Model Airshow held at the Hop Farm in September. Most of our members participate at this show either as pilots in the flying display or helping to run the show. CAMFC is usually represented at all the main model Airshows by a few of the members who fly at various shows throughout the year up and down the country
